Returns Policy
The returns policy detailed only applies to purchases made through the Online Boutique, they are not applicable to purchases made in store.
What is your returns policy?
We will refund an item if you’re not completely happy with it. You must inform us of your intent to return and the reason why within seven days by e-mailing findyourdress@signature-brides.com submitting your request.
In order for us to refund a product, it must be unworn, unmarked, in perfect condition with its tags still on, in all original packaging and, when included in delivery, the authenticity card.
Goods will be checked at Signature Brides and a refund will not be made until they have been received and checked.
What turnaround time can I expect from returning my order to receiving a refund/product?
We will endeavour to refund you as quickly as possible and will do so when we receive the product back from you and have checked its condition. Please contact us if you have not received a refund within 10 days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange due to our limited stock.
How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order immediately after purchase please contact Signature Brides on 01303 260777. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to wait until you receive it and then return it to us (see above for more info on how to do this).
What happens to my account credit if I return something?
Depending which payment method you used, the cost of the item will be refunded directly to your bank account or onto your credit card. |
