Having got engaged on New Years eve, I was in a state of shock and excitement as I started to think about my forthcoming wedding. It is a wonderful feeling, one I had always dreamt about.
I visited a wedding fair at the Ramada Hotel, Maidstone and it was there that I met Zowie whom was immediately approachable and honest.Without even having set the date and my head now full of all the things I had to start thinking about, Zowie made me feel like the most important element of what is to be the biggest day of my life.
Booking an appointment for April I was soon walking up the stairs to Signature Brides with my Mum and Dad in tow! Zowie greeted us with a smile and made us all, including my nervous and slightly awkward feeling Father, feel comfortable and free to look, feel and ask questions....we were all important.
Zowie allowed me to try on my choice of dresses, being honest and giving lots of structured and creative feedback, all the while having in mind a dress she knew I would love.....Zowie went quiet when she put me in this dress....walked me to the mirror and let we take in what will be a moment I will remember forever...me seeing myself as I has always dreamt I would. As the most stunning version of me I could ever hope for. I had found it. I could not hold back tears, the pride on my fathers face said it all - I had found 'the one'!
Zowie at this point let us be, to take in the moment, to absorb the feeling...her job was done, just as you said it would be. She did not need to say anymore.
No pressure followed, no hard sales talk, she just let us take time and spend time in what will be my dress on my big day.
Thank you - I will never forget this day and smile when I think of the feeling I felt at that moment.....you have made my dream come true!

A HUGE thank you to you for helping me find my perfect dress. I didn't believe that a dress would say WOW but it did & afterwards nothing compared. Being a fussy person I thought it would take me months to find a dress, but my 1st day of looking I found it, you ladies certainly know what your talking about. The selection of dresses you stock are of such high quality & will recommend anyone looking for their dress to make you the 1st port of call. I first met you at a wedding show at Detling and you stood out with your friendly & honest approach. After visiting a couple of other stores I am sooo pleased I found my dress with you as the service you give is second to none. My best friend was so disappointed she didn't find 'the one' with you and even said she would've paid more for the same dress if she could've bought it with you, but we are both so grateful to have experienced the special attention you give brides to be. Can I tell people not to be put off paying you two a visit just because they are an hour-or-so away from Hythe... You will be missing something exceptional.
I can't wait till January when my dress comes in and I get to try it on in all its glory.
